I love this time of the year when we get to shop from our garden.

It is wonderful to make meals entirely from the produce that we encouraged along in its growth.

We have already had lots of corn, potatoes, carrots, beets, peas, green beans, onions, radishes, spinach, artichokes, tomatoes, raspberries, strawberries and a few apples.

What a bounty!
