Slide Rock
No trip to Sedona is complete without a trip up Oak Creek Canyon and a slip-n-slide ride down Slide Rock.
Uncle Micah showing us his flipping prowess.

Slide rock is just that- rock you can slide down. A natural water slide in the river. Its a fun little ride. The whole area is so much smaller than I remember as a little kiddo. We used to go a lot as little kids. I left my camera in the car- but got these pics from Aunt Kelly. Thanks! I don't have a shot- but Kai and Kaleb also braved the chilly water and experienced the joy of Slide Rock for themselves. I even slid down a couple of times!
Uncle Micah and the boys!
The Gang!
This is at a creek near our resort. Love these guys!
Little Kai finding a bit of sunshine to warm up his face.
Grandpa Naegle's Memorial
My Mom has one sister and we all got together with her and her family to have a Memorial for my grandfather who passed away in December.
Sitting around waiting for it to happen.
We got to see cousins we haven't seen in soooo many years.
It was one of the nicest memorial I have ever been to. Everyone just got to randomly stand up and share memories they have of Grandpa. It was a perfect way to celebrate his life and how he touched ours.
Brigham, Jaleah and Lindsey sang- I Know That My Redeemer Lives. It sounded so beautiful!
All the great grand kids sang- I Am A Child of God.
We finished up with a yummy lunch and homemade peach ice cream perfection.
It was a great memorial to a great man!

Minute to Win It
For our evening entertainment we played some Minute to Win It games competing as couples.
It was hilarious!
We started out with the oreos sliding down the face. I think Staven was the fastest EVER!
Then we had the ping pong pass into the bucket.
The marshmallow on a straw relay race.
Keeping five balloons up in the air with one hand behind the back.
Unrolling a roll of tissue paper. Jaleah had all the right moves!
Micah and Brigham were partners
Pulling tissue from a box.
Shaking ping pong balls out of a tissue box that's strapped to your rear.
There were a lot of fun methods.
Tossing ping pong balls into a bucket.
It was a riot!
After the couples were done the kids got to get in on the act.
Work those cute faces.
These two know how to work those tongues!
Oh Yea!
Thompson Family Reunion- Sedona, AZ
Loved our Thompson Family Reunion. It was awesome to have our whole family there- especially the Thompson Troop. It had been two years since we last partied with them.
All the Grandkiddos and Grandparents!
My camera wasn't the one taking a picture of everyone together- but here are some shots of each family.

Ute Basketball Camp
Brigham and Seth attended the Ute BBall camp together. No worries- they are still true to the blue, but they did have a great time! A friend of ours who was dropping off his son there commented on how impressed he was with how well Brigham took care of Seth - making sure he was squared away etc. That definitely warmed his parents' heart. It is fun to watch them develop their common interests together despite the age difference.
