Love Feast!

There is more hunger for love and appreciation in this world than for bread. Mother Teresa Friday the 13th, we had our families "Love Feast". We eat by candle light on our fancy dishes and enjoy a tasty meal. This year we had stuffed shells. They turned out really delicious. The kids all had a little valentine treat on their plate from mom and dad. At the end of the meal we opened up the bubbly and we took turns talking about what we love about each other and then toasting them. What a delightful family we have. Thanks for all the LOVE!
You come to love not by finding the perfect person, but by seeing an imperfect person perfectly.

I am SO impressed by the many family traditions that you have incorporated into and around the holidays, birthdays, etc. What a unique and special way to etch those timeless and priceless moments onto the filmplate of memory. Very imaginative and lasting. You guys are so freakin' cool.

Oh I love that tradition! We spent Valentine's Day in the car for 11 1/2 hours, but next year we are definitely going to copy the Redd's and have a love feast!! My goodness you have lovely family!
