As Brig would say- our reunion was the Bomb Diggity. We missed the Anderson reunion due to Brig being in the parade. And since we were going to miss that reunion anyway- we stayed home and watched a World Cup game. Its official- Brigham and a portion of the rest of us watched every game. It was awesome! I am really sad its only every 4 years. Here are some highlights from our reunion.
Celebrated my Birthday
Baby Lucy's BlessingPatriotic Program- put on by everyone
Family Olympics- we had some great contests
Like running with a balloon for the little ones
Target Shooting
Family Cheers- always a highlight
Temple Sealings
Fireworks
Family History Schmegly with Trivia and Minute to Win it games
Emergency Prep pointers and discussion
Delicious Food
Look- even Grandad did the crab walk. Brigham carried the day however.
Even I did the cartwheels. I didn't win- but in my defense I ran into a tree and into Duce. I was the winner four years ago though and like to think I could have done it again without those interruptions. :)
Kaleb had amazing concentration in each event. He was awesome!
Katry & Seth were unstoppable.
Brig also won his events.
Everyone was impressed with the B. Redd family skills. Yea- we've got it going on!
Sweet Grammy and two of her little angels. We just happened to have had these matching dresses.
Sorting skittles- Uncle Nephi showed us new talent with his snorting/sorting abilities- but Katry was triumphant.
Three adorable little ones. We were just missing Markus from this picture. We were actually missing nearly half of our family who live out on the East coast.
Brigham and I were in charge of the reunion this year- we had a great time planning it, and it was a great success. Of course, with great people- just getting together is always a success.
We LOVE our Redd Family!
Cousins by blood... Friends by Choice!
