Brig- who had stayed up until at least 1 am playing video games- took it upon himself to wake all the kids up at 7am. Kai- woke me up at 7:30 am and then I let him wake up Dad at nearly 8. Brigham was on call and was up taking care of a patient until the wee hours of the morning- so I let him sleep a little longer. However, the kids were going looney upstairs in anticipation. Dad got up, we cranked up the Christmas music, got the video camera ready, the kids lined up in order of age and I threw balloons on them as they marched down the stairs to see what surprises awaited them.

There was not a disappointed face in the crowd. Soooo much fun.

I love your Christmas tradition of doing the live nativity. Looks like it was a great Christmas for you all. I was hoping we'd see you Christmas morning at your parents. They outdid themselves again with a fabulous breakfast! Hope you have as much fun ringing in the New Year!
Merry Christmas! I'm glad you had a good one. I love hearing about all the yummy food you guys make because it makes me believe that SOMEDAY I'll get it together enough to plan ahead like that. :) And I like your "Love Note" book idea. (and so funny that Brig had to be shirtless...he is definitely a teenager now!)
Great Christmas report...I love seeing all your beautiful furniture and home. I love that you share it with others (Brunch) I love reading about the love you are instilling in your children. Can you email me the answer to this question? Is Brigham's Mom in the Tabernacle Choir? annagillespie@hotmail.com
Thanks. Anna
