Ski Bug!

Yes its true! These two are seriously stricken. They have caught the "ski bug", and now all they want to do is ski- all the time. We sent them to ski school with their elementary school and they LOVED it! We have had a lot of fog lately and it has left the trees frosty. They are so beautiful! Even the tall weed grass is dressed in shinning splendor. What a beautiful sight!
People are like stained glass windows: they sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light within.

Crazy Hair and Crazy Kids!

Today was cRaZy hair day at school. I didn't realize this wasn't the best angle of Katry's hair. She has a water bottle tucked in her coif and its actually standing pretty high. Seth's hair is pretty crazy for him- he doesn't like it sticking up.As I was downloading this picture- I saw the kiddos had been busy posing with Dad's military glasses.

I think they look pretty cRaZy.

Why not learn to enjoy the little things - there are so many of them.

Geography Bee

Seth competed against the all the other students in his 4th grade class for a chance to compete in the schools Geography Bee. He won and had the opportunity to represent his class. He did a great job. He beat all the other 4th graders and two of the fifth graders before falling victim to some very difficult questions. There were only 4 competitors left. Way to go Seth!
