Brad & Maryelle Wedding

So sad- I have no pictures of the wedding.  But it was indeed beautiful and we adore our new relative. They are a great match!

Katry's bestie cousin Alli came for a surprise visit.  To say that Katry was shocked would be putting it mildly.  They had a great time catching up- wish they didn't live so far away!

Lava Hot Springs

We headed down south for the day to Lava Hot Springs.  I wish I had more pictures, but I didn't take my camera in.  I would have loved to show some pictures of Dad, Mom and Seth jumping off the 33 foot high platform, or Kai & Kaleb racing down the water slides, or all of us climbing up the rock wall.  Even Kai reached the top of the climb.  It was Epic!

Soup Kitchen

Brigham and I headed down to our local soup kitchen for a day of service.

Brigham was put in charge of the meal.  He had to decide what to make and serve and then he had to multiply it enough to feed 180 people.  

He did a fantastic job!  We made shepherd's pie, a fruit cup, garlic bread and served dessert.  It was really awesome to see how the soup kitchen works and all the people who are involved in donating, preparing, serving food and clean up.

We served 178 meals and had so many grateful people come and expressive their gratitude with tear filled it eyes.  It was truly an honor to serve our brothers and sisters.

We can't wait to go back!

Thompson Family Reunion

This year we headed up  the mountains for our family reunion.  I think we ought to do that every year.  I loved camping with all of us together.  Grandpa and GmaT had picked out the perfect spot, secluded and beautiful!
