Brig ran for 9th grade Class President.

His good buddy Colby, ran for VP.- And they WON!!!!

It was a whirlwind week making posters (Thanks Uncle Derron), fliers, a power point presentation, getting past preliminaries and coming up with a skit for the finals.

Brig and some buddies did their rendition of a synchronized swimming event.  It was hilarious!  It was really fun to watch Brig interacting with the student body.  He definitely didn't inherit my shyness.  Lucky guy!  We are excited he made it.

Terrific Two!

Kai turned 2 on April 14th.   I love how nice and easy one and two year olds are.  We blew up some balloons and sang him "Happy Birthday" a gazillion times and he loved it.  That's it- Nice and Easy.

Daddy-o will probably frown before he laughs at me posting this picture.  Katry dressed him up in Lainie's headband.  But I love how this picture shows his Texas sized smile.  He is a cheery, happy-go-lucky fellow and he always makes us smile.

He is always getting into things- the little monkey.  On this particular day he took all of our shoes out of the mudroom and piled them up outside the door.  I don't know why- must be because it just looks so cool!  He sure looks mighty proud of his creation.

Kai has super long hair- which the kids are always putting up in faux hawks.  Faux hawks are not my favorite - but Kai knows how to work it!

Merica & Jaron

Sweet Aunt Merica married Jarod Janson on April 10th.   We are so happy for them and so happy for another  chance to get together.

All of Brigham's siblings were there with the exception of Mylinda who was busy bringing Lucy into the world.  Welcome Lucy and we sure missed all of the Stones!

Mom, Micah, Jaleah and Mark came up for the reception.  Loved spending the evening with them.

More Spring Break

The next day we watched General Conference and then headed to Provo to try out a new Greek restraunt.  It was fantastic.  Then we decided to hike the Y.  Even though I had lived in Provo for many years- I had never gone up to it.  It was a great little hike.  Kai walked the whole way- he was a trooper.

The trip back down was brutal though and my legs were whooped for a couple of days.

We finished off the trip with a trip to the BYU creamery for some delicious ice cream.  It was a great ending.

We hurried home and the boys got dressed and took off for Priesthood session.  Katry was a sweetie and stayed home to watch the kiddos while my mom, grandma, Jaleah and I headed out for a GNO at the Indian restraunt.  MMmmm yum!

Sunday morning we watched more conference with a few of my siblings and their families then we played some games with Mark and Jaleah.  We loaded up the car for the final session of conference and enjoyed it on our drive home.  Conference was fantastic and our Spring Break was too. 

Everyone got along with each other and we loved being together as a FAMILY.
